Teen Fitness
Ages 12-15
This educational class is designed to teach teens the basic exercise and nutrition dundamentals for beginning an exercise program. Classes will cover essentials in safety, including warm up, aerobic exercise, resistance training, beginning sports conditioning, cool down, stretching, and program progression. Upon completion, students receive a Teen Fitness T-Shirt and certificate providing independent use of the weight room. Teens between the ages of 12 and 15 must take the Teen Fitness class in order to workout without immediate adult supervision.
