YOUTH FITNESS
Teen Fitness
This educational class is designed to teach teens the basic exercise and nutrition fundamentals for beginning an exercise program. Class will cover essentials in safety, including warm up, aerobic exercise, resistance training, beginning sports conditioning, cool down, stretching, and program progression. Upon completion, students will become Teen Fitness certified providing independent use of the weight room. Teens between the ages of 12 and 15 must take the Teen Fitness class in order to workout without immediate adult supervision.

Class duration: 1.5 hours
Fee: $45
Teens will meet individually with the instructor.
